The Lynne and Land Foundation are delighted to partner with the 2023 Olivier Awards where the Best Theatre Choreographer Award will be named in honour of Gillian Lynne - it will be titled the Gillian Lynne Award for Best Theatre Choreographer.

A very special occasion took place at the Royal Academy of Dance on November 16 to honour this year’s award recipient, Mikhail Baryshnikov. Earlier in the day at a special ceremony at Buckingham Palace, Her Majesty The Queen Consort presented him with RAD’s highest award, the QEII,

The inaugural St James’s Church Christmas Gala Concert was held on Thursday November 17.
The famous church on Piccadilly in the heart of London was designed by Sir Christopher Wren and dates back to 1684.

On Saturday July 2nd Peter Land will be performing at the OSO theatre in Barnes for a special evening of music, song, stories and laughter in honour and memory of his darling Gillie and to support the Foundation they established together.

The Foundation has joined with the Royal Central School of Speech & Drama to create the Dame Gillian Lynne Scholarship. The scholarship will assist a student studying for a BA (Hons) Acting (Musical Theatre).

Continuing Dame Gillian Lynne’s long standing relationship with ArtsEd, the Foundation have created two new bursaries to be awarded to students undertaking BA (Hons) Musical Theatre Course.
