Isabella Chandler Takes to the Stage in The Red Shoes

New Adventures Emerging Artist, Isabella Chandler has taken to the stage as part of 2025-26 company of The Red Shoes.

For Isabella, performing in The Red Shoes marks the culmination of a journey that began when she first encountered New Adventures during her training at Elmhurst Ballet School, an introduction that sparked a desire to one day make New Adventures part of her professional journey. Now that ambition has become a reality as she steps into touring life, representing the transition from training to performance.

Isabella can be seen below talking to Hannah Kremer, New Adventures Emerging Artist 2022–23, about the excitement of her first performances with the company, the challenge of sustaining work on tour, and the thrill of finally sharing the stage with New Adventures dancers after years of dedication and hard work.

Trustees Peter Land, Dan Ross and Robert Meadmore were delighted to attend a performance at Sadler’s Wells in January and spoke with both Isabella, and principal cast member Leo McCorkindale (who was selected for New Adventures 2024 Principal Support Programme).
